Spa Etiquette
To ensure a serene environment for you and your fellow spa guests, cell phones and pagers are not allowed at the spa. Gratuities are at your discretion and always appreciated (gratuities are not included in spa prices). Spa at La Costa is for guests age 18 and older; the salon is available to all ages. Bathing suit is necessary for all co-ed areas including the outdoor courtyard with spa patron only pools and water features.
Appointments & Cancellations
We recommend that you make spa appointments at least two weeks in advance. A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment or it will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
