La Costa Resort and Spa Reservation Policies
Check-In Time: 4:00pm
Check-Out Time: 12:00 noon
Deposit Information: A deposit of the first night's room rate will be taken at the time your reservation is made. This deposit is fully refundable 72 hours prior to arrival date.
Nightly Rate: If staying multiple nights, the nightly rate reflects the total rate of your stay averaged over the length of your stay, excluding all taxes, fees and daily resort charge.
**Daily Resort Charge: A $22 daily resort charge will be added to your room rate, which covers toll free, credit card, and limited local area calling, entrance to our state-of-the-art Athletic Club, in-room high-speed Internet access, wireless Internet hot spots, in-room coffee and tea, and daily newspaper (Sunday upon request).
***Taxes and Government Fees: The room rate and daily resort charge are subject to governmentally imposed fees and taxes.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 72 hours will be charged one night’s room rate. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please have the confirmation number and credit card number used to reserve the room available when calling. An advanced deposit of one night plus tax is due at time of booking.
Check-in Policy: Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. If you arrive prior to 4:00 pm, you may check your luggage with the Bell Desk and enjoy our restaurants, resort shops and pool areas until your room becomes available.
Early Departure Policy: There is a $75 fee should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. If booked with a minimum night requirement or as a holiday package, you will be charged the full length of your reservation.
Late Check Out Request: Late check out are granted based on availability at the day of departure. Based on the time requested for check out there might be a late check out fee which varies from half day rate to a full day rate.
Overnight Parking: Parking is $12 for self parking, $25 for valet parking per night. For Villa Suites, parking is complimentary.
Rollaway Beds: There is a $35 nightly charge for rollaway bed requests.
DVD Player: There is a one time charge of $25
Smoking Policy: There is no smoking in guestrooms. Smoking is prohibited on pool decks and in the restaurants and shops. Guest may smoke in most other outdoor areas with the exception of the Spa Courtyard.
