Business Center
La Costa not only offers the ultimate environment for business
productivity. We also provide the tools. The La Costa Business
Center features the technology and support you require to
make the most of your meetings. Conveniently housed in the
Conference Center, the Business Center is open seven days
a week, with an attendant available from 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Extended or "emergency" hours can be arranged through your
Conference Service Manager. Internet access is provided
via a high-speed network operating independent from the
rest of the property.
Guests are invoiced for Business Center usage, and may pay
by cash, credit card or check, or have their bill directly
routed to their guest room. We can also bill directly to
your group's master account should an authorized signer
use our services. For groups using the Business Center throughout
the day, we would acquire a signature prior to usage and
keep a running tally of the day's charges. A final invoice
would be presented to the authorized signer much like a
Banquet Check.
The following equipment and services are available for guests:
(2)Personal Computers. Each PC operates
on the most recent version of Microsoft XP and is equipped
with the latest versions of Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher,
Adobe Photoshop, Roxio CD Burner, and Internet Explorer.
PC's feature USB ports should guests have an external disk
drive of their own.
(3)Laptop Ports. These ports provide
direct access to high-speed Internet service and inkjet
printing.

(1) Color Copier (the PCs can print to the color copier,
the laptop ports cannot.)

Mail Services In addition to handling
personal mailings for guests, the Business Center will assist
your Conference Service Manager in coordinating large incoming
and outgoing shipments.
