Join us the first Thursday of the month for this lively new dinner series featuring the freshest ingredients from local farmers and purveyors. Hosted by Chef Greg Frey, Jr., guests will be able to experience innovative menus with a four-course, family-style meal at the casual and vibrant BlueFire Grill.
The seasonally-inspired menus will be served at long, family-style communal tables where guests will experience first-hand Chef Frey's passion for San Diego's fresh ingredients and the attention to detail he infuses in every bite.
Special guests in attendance will include local partners/purveyors and industry experts, including: farmers, fishermen, beekeepers and produce specialists who will mingle with guests during this intimate dining experience Wine pairings will be provided by BlueFire Grill sommelier & general manager, Joe Baumgardner.
