KIDTOPIA KIDS CLUB – A FUN WAY TO ENJOY YOUR CARLSBAD FAMILY VACATION
In the world of family resort vacations, there’s predictable fun and then there is Kidtopia, La Costa’s exciting club for kids in Carlsbad, CA, that takes children’s resort programs to a whole new level. Designed for La Costa by an architect who specializes in hands-on museums and small theme parks, Kidtopia was created to accommodate a host of age- appropriate fun. At Kidtopia, youngsters can follow an activity path through a magical forest. Observe sea creatures in an “underwater” wonderland. Make crafts. Dance on an interactive lighted game floor. And much, much more.
Our beautifully designed, 6,000 square foot state-of-the-art center will keep kids happily occupied for hours on end in a fun-filled, secure environment. Plus, our land and sea elements will stimulate young imaginations in three distinct conceptual areas for infants/toddlers, bathroom independent 3-5 year olds, and 6-12 year olds.
Kidtopia provides:
- Nursery (6 months to 3 years, for two consecutive hours of care at a time)
- Night camp program on weekends
- Small slides and soft climb items
- Books, puzzles, blocks, games and craft center
- Seven-foot tree house with slide, nooks, cubbies and windows
- Movie lounge
- Personal high-tech entertainment stations
- Pressure-sensitive light floor for games and dancing
- 600-gallon saltwater aquarium, brimming with exotic fish
* Night Camp on weekends
Parents must remain on La Costa grounds while their children are enrolled in Kidtopia and reservations are recommended. Children under the age of 3 may remain in the Kidtopia program for a maximum of two hours.
Hours and Rates
- Hours of Operation: Daily from 9am to 4 pm
- Night Camp on Fridays & Saturdays from 6-10 pm
- Full Day registration (9 am - 4 pm) $80, includes lunch
- Half Day registration (9am - 1pm and 12pm - 4 pm) $50, includes lunch
- Night Camp registration (weekends 6pm - 10pm) $55, includes dinner.
NOTE: Night Camp is for bathroom independent 3 year olds up to age 12.
