Founded by world-renowned holistic physicians Deepak Chopra, M.D. and David Simon, M.D., the Chopra Center for Wellbeing is located on the grounds of La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA. What happens at the Chopra Center?
During a typical week at the Chopra Center, you can experience a wide variety of mind-body healing programs and classes, and authentic ayurvedic massage treatments. La Costa guests are invited to experience a complimentary yoga class, drop in for a free introduction to meditation, and attend group meditations, which are offered each day at the Center and are open to the public.
One of the Center’s acclaimed programs is the weekly Perfect Health healing immersion. This is the only wellness program in the world that combines a renowned medical staff, the time-honored panchakarma detoxification process, and daily foundational teachings in yoga, meditation, and ayurveda – the oldest system of natural healing on the planet.
