Internships: We understand in these tough economic times students need to make themselves that much more competitive in today’s job market. In an effort to help, we do offer unpaid internships on a case by case basis in the Fall & Spring semesters. Internships must be taken for college credit and the school must assume liability for you by producing a certificate of liability insurance. Possible areas include Human Resources, Accounting, Hospitality Management, & Recreation/ Sports Management. If interested, please e-mail a cover letter, resume, and course requirements to Patrick Masters at pmasters@lacosta.com. Priority is given to local students.
Culinary Externships: We do accept a limited number of culinary externs (in Fall & Spring). These externships are unpaid, therefore preference is given to local residence. If interested please e-mail a cover letter, resume, and course requirements to Patrick Masters at pmasters@lacosta.com.

3.) Apply for your desired position.
4.) Complete profile, upload your resume & continue to the online application.
Online Application FAQ's:
Q: Can I apply for more than one position?
A: Yes. Once you create a profile it’s important to remember your user name and password so you can re-log in and select another position.
Q: What do I do if it says “Complete Online Application now”, but there’s no link.
A: If you’ve formerly completed an application with us, or another KSL property, your application is still on file and has been forwarded onto your new selection.
Q: How long until I hear back?
A: In most cases, we try to get back to everyone within 2 weeks. Due to the high volume of applications, this is not always possible. Please rest assured that if you are the most qualified candidate, a representative will be in contact with you.
Q: Can I schedule an interview?
A: Interviews are by invitation only. We no longer accept walk ins
Q: What do I do if I’m interested in a job that’s not currently posted?
